Our general terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders. We offer 100 days manufacturer’s warranty on all our products.
If you receive a defective or faulty product, then you can invoke your legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. A defective or faulty product caused by a manufacturing error is covered by our warranty. We will always address these and offer you a suitable solution right away.
To qualify for the warranty, you must be able to show us your proof of purchase (which is also your warranty certificate). Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints without proof of purchase.
The following is not covered by this warranty:
- Defects and damages caused by improper use. Defects and wear and tear that are to be expected in normal use.
- Changes to the product such as repairs not carried out by the manufacturer or designated repair services.
- Damage due to intent, extreme use, or negligent maintenance.
