How can I wash my Hellosockies?

Hellosockies can easily be washed at 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). This temperature should be high enough to get your sockies nice and clean. We discourage washing it at a higher temperature.

What’s the warranty on my Hellosockies?

Our Sockies comes with 100 days of manufacturer’s warranty. If something is wrong with your sockies in the first 100 days, we will solve the issue with you if you contact us at Help@hellosocky.com.

To what countries do you ship, and what are the shipping time and costs?

Right now, we ship Worldwide

Our shipping time to is 7-12 business days plus a 24-hour processing period. 

The shipping costs are 7$ per order. Is your order over $40? Then we cover the cost of shipping. 

From where do you ship your products to customers?

All our products are stored in our warehouse in Hangzhou. We ship all our orders to our customers from this warehouse.

How can I track my order?

24 hours after you’ve placed your order with us, you receive an email from us with a tracking code that allows you to follow your order. Note: you will only see activity in your tracking code after 48-72 hours.

Can I return my order if I don’t like the product?

Yes, we have a 30-day free refund policy. This means you can return your product to us free of charge within 30 days after you receive it without statement of reason and get a full refund of the purchase price. Note: the purchase price does not include the shipping costs that are charged when you purchase a product.

You can return your order to us easily by contacting us at Help@hellosocky.com. Include your order number in your email. Within 24 hours, our team will give you all the instructions to return your package as quickly and easily as possible.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place an order with us, you have to let us know within 2 hours if you want to cancel or change anything. The subject line must include ‘CHANGE ORDER’ or ‘CANCEL ORDER’. Only then can we change it for you in time, before the order is processed.

We are not responsible for the entering of a wrong address.

I didn’t receive a confirmation from you after placing my order.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us within an hour after you’ve placed an order with us, then something has gone wrong. Make sure you check all your email folders. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam. If you really didn’t receive it, contact us right away at Help@hellosocky.com. Our team will help you as quickly as possible to get the right information on your order.

Which currency do you use on your website?

Our website only uses USD. If you are from a country where USD is not your local currency, you’ll have to convert it to your own currency if you want to know the price in your currency.

What if I made a mistake in my address when I placed my order? 

If you accidentally made a mistake when filling out your address, you have to contact us within 2 hours after placing the order to change it. If you don’t, we unfortunately can’t help you because the order will already be processed by our warehouse.

My order is still marked as unfulfilled, what does this mean?

If your order is still marked as unfulfilled, it means your order hasn’t been processed yet. As soon as the order is processed and a tracking number is created for your order, it will be marked as fulfilled. There is a 24-hour processing period for an order.
