If you place an order with us, we charge $5 in shipment costs per order. If your order is over $40, we cover the cost of shipment.
All our stock is stored in Hangzhou. This means we can offer the lowest prices to our customers all over the world. We currently have a 24-hour processing period, and the shipping time is 7-12 business days worldwide.

We use DHL as our shipping company. 24 hours after your shipment has been sent out, you receive an email from us that contains a tracking number which you can use to accurately follow you order from Hellosocky.com. Does the Hellosocky.com have a return policy?
Yes. We are convinced you will love our products. But just in case you don’t, we have a 30-day return policy.
If you want to return your product, you need to contact us at Help@hellosocky.com. Be sure to include your reason for returning the product as well as the order number so our team can easily trace it in the system. We will send you a return label so you can easily send it to our warehouse.
Important: We can only give you a refund for the full amount if the product is in the same condition as when we delivered it to your address. Every product that is returned will be checked once it arrives.
After we have received your order, we will refund the purchase amount to the account from which the order was placed within 5-7 business days.
